Here I am at 29 weeks. I don't have much longer to go and I'm starting to get nervous about labor. Where will I be, when will it happen, how will I get the boys ready to leave????? I'm sure it will all work out, but I know from the past my labor is quick. Hopefully I make it to the hospital.
As much fun as Christmas is, I'm so glad it's over. It was a very long week that didn't seem to want to end. We did have a wonderful Christmas though. The kids got a lot of wonderful gifts and of course the food was awesome and spending time with family is always a blessing.
Looks like I'm going to have to change the name of my blog because yesterday we found out we are having a GIRL!!!!
I wouldn't really look at the screen and when she said "it's a girl" I started to scream, cry, and laugh. The receptionist came in and they told her to let the doctor know everything was okay. The technician and the trainee said I won the award for best reaction. They had never seen anyone react the way I did.
I never really saw what she saw because the baby was in such a bad position, but she said I wouldn't have been able to understand what she was looking at. She said without a doubt it's a girl. Dennis was in just as much shock as myself because his face was white as a ghost.
So it's time to start painting and shopping!!! By the way, the first picture is of her hand pointing. The second picture is "it".
Monday I was 13 weeks. I'm still very tired and have been very sick. Twice now my doctor offered to write me a prescription for the nausea, but I passed because I thought it was going to end soon. So Friday I finally called and asked for it. It seems to help a little. Hopefully I'm coming to the end of the morning sickness.
Reece has been taking his clothes and diaper off a lot lately. He's also been fighting me when I try to change his diaper. Sunday night the boys were in the garage with daddy and Reece decided he wanted to ride his bike naked.
We went to Daniel's Pumpkin Farm for Cole's preschool field trip. The weather was so much better than last year. They have a hay maze, animals, swings, slides, and a tractor/train ride. They each got to pick a pumpkin before we left. We had a lot of fun.
